Delivery Policy

We deliver to mainland Britain, Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Isles. Delivery is carried out by trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently.

If your order is confirmed after 8:00pm Monday to Thursday, it will be dispatched on the next business day. Orders placed after 8:00pm on Friday, during weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Deliveries must be received by a person aged 18 years or over. If no one is available to receive the delivery or sign for it, the courier will attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery window. Re-delivery attempts may incur additional charges if delivery fails due to incorrect information or absence at the agreed address.

Delivery times are estimates and subject to change due to factors outside our control. We will notify you of any significant delays. If a delay exceeds 7 consecutive days, you may contact us to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Courier or third-party issues beyond our reasonable control.

Events of force majeure, including extreme weather, strikes, or transport disruptions.

If such events occur, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you and limit any inconvenience. However, provided we have done so, Hama Pouches will not be responsible for resulting delays or losses. If the delay extends beyond 30 days, you may request a refund for undelivered goods.

Ownership of the goods transfers to you once payment has been received in full. Responsibility for the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to the address provided. You are advised to inspect your order immediately upon receipt and report any issues to our Customer Care team without undue delay.

We reserve the right to amend our delivery policy or reintroduce charges at any time; any changes will be clearly communicated prior to implementation.
